SALES POLICY

We accept payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards, processed securely through the PayPal portal. All transactions are charged in USD; however, customers have the option to view prices in other currencies for convenience. Currency conversions shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider.

2. Currency and Pricing
All product prices are listed in USD. Please be aware that if you choose to view prices in a different currency, the final charge will still be processed in USD, which may result in slight differences based on real-time exchange rates.

3. Order Finality
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, and size changes cannot be made. Please review your selections carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

4. Limited Stock and Handmade Production
Hazel Baby Clothing is a small brand, creating products by hand and in small batches to ensure quality for your little ones and sustainability for our planet. Due to our handmade production, stock is limited, and items may sell out. We update stock as fabric is plant-dyed and garments are sewn. While we make every effort to prevent overselling, should your order be affected by an oversell, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund.

5. Returns and Shipping Policies

6. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to apply to the order. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

All content, including images and text on our website, is the property of Hazel Baby Clothing. Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law
Hazel Baby Clothing is based in Indonesia, and all transactions are governed by Indonesian law. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia regarding e-commerce transactions.

RETURNS

 

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products, confident you’ll love them as much as we do. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can work toward a solution.

While our rigorous quality control process screens each item carefully, we only accept returns for items with a manufacturing defect, subject to review by our team. We do not accept cancellations or returns for any other reason.

 

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our team at hello@hazelbabyclothing.com within 5 calendar days of delivery, providing a photo of the product and packaging, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been washed or worn.

​

For customers based in Indonesia: We offer free repairs and accept pre-loved Hazel clothing in return for a discount. Please contact us at hello@hazelbabyclothing.com for further instructions.

SHIPPING

 

Most of our orders are shipped by EXPRESS EMS (arriving with USPS or DHL) from Bali, Indonesia where we produce. E-Package/R LN options are now available!

 

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped the following business day. Please allow 24-52 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment by email. With EMS your package will usually arrive in 5-10 working days & with E-Package/R LN in 10-15 working days *This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

 

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 to countries that accept E-PACKAGE/R LN (Except for orders with items on sale)​

 

Hazel is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer, absence of the customer at the delivery address, natural events, transportation delays, customs processing, or strikes. In cases where orders are refused or returned, we will not reship or refund the order, including any shipping fees.

Please note that once the package has arrived in your country and is transferred to local postal services, we are no longer responsible for any delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with their local carrier to arrange a successful delivery. If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

 

We are not responsible for covering the import taxes in your country upon arrival and eventual custom clearance holding times.
